Society expects us to balance it all. They’ll make you feel like you have to be the perfect mom, the perfect wife or girlfriend, to have the perfect career, but that’s not fair.

You shouldn’t have to feel this way because no one else has to and if you don’t take care of yourself you won’t be able to care for anyone else.

I understand where you are. I felt that same struggle until I picked up, left my job and went rogue by moving to Italy. Since then I’ve traveled the world experiencing life on my terms and helping women just like you do the same.
